Life Memberbership
The 2011 Annual General Meeting resolved that Bernard Biala be awarded life membership. Bernard has made a fantastic contribution to our association, as a trainer and an active member on and off the field for many years. He was formally inducted as a life member at the 2011 Life Member dinner and Ladies Night. |

Darkie McCall Award
The Darkie McCall award is presented at the Life Member dinner and Ladies night for the member who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to the association during the previous season. The award for 2011 was presented to Jarrad Whitby. |

Jack Argent Trophy
The Jack Argent Trophy is presented to the referee who officiates in the A Grade, Division 1 Grand Final - the associations top appointment. Warrick Bowden was appointed to this position for the first time. Warrick is a hard-working referee and is looked up to by many junior members. His on field performances throughout the 2011 season led to his thoroughly deserved appointment. |

Junior Achievement Award
The Junior Achievement Award is presented to the Junior Member who has displayed outstanding potential during the season. Michael Karam was named the 2011 winner. Michael shown immense dedication and improvement throughout the season which helped him to achieve a 12/1's Grand Final appointment. |

Bob Jones Award
The Bob Jones trophy is presented to the member who has shown outstanding improvement and achievement during the season. This season's honour was presented to Daniel Luttringer. Daniel is a young man on the move who is committed to his refereeing and moving towards his full potential. This award is a well-deserved outcome for his strong commitment to excellence. |

Ernie Bull Award
The Ernie Bull Trophy is presented to the Member who has shown outstanding commitment to training and is named Trainer of the year. Chris Chalkley is the 2011 recipient of the Ernie Bull Trophy. Chris is a very quiet achiever, going about his business with minimal fuss. This achievement is indicative of his hard working nature at training. Chris' hard efforts at training have been reflected in his appointments this season. He refereed the 16/1's & C1's grand finals. |

Rookie of the Year Award
The Rookie of the Year award recognises new referees who excel on field, train hard and become part of the fabric of the association. Andre Nakhl was awarded the 2011 Rookie of the year. Joining at the beginning of the 2011 season with his daughter Amy-Lee, Andre has shown great commitment and dedication to refereeing, culminating in an under 9's Grand Final appointment. |

Referee's Referee Award
The Referees' Referee Award is voted upon by active members who decide who they think is worthy of recognition for their refereeing performances. The 2011 recipient of the award was Jason Ndeira. Jason has been a great friend to many referees off the field during 2011 through as role as Director of Recruitment. He has also performed well on the field during the 2011 season. |

NRL Achievement Award - Senior
The NRL achievement award recognises those referees who have made the association proud during the season. Mitchell Lewis takes this award for 2011. Mitchell's refereeing has come on leaps and bounds this season. He has put in a number of consistent performances, refereeing in the C grade competition for the majority of the season. Mitchell had an excellent semi-final series, culminating in his appointment to the 15/2's centre, 17/1's line and A3's line for grand final day. |

NRL Achievement Award - Junior
The NRL achievement award recognises those referees who have made the association proud during the season. Robert Morey is the 2011 winner. This is Robert's second year in a row being the NRL Junior Achiever. This itself, speaks volumes for Robert's consistency that he has developed in his refereeing since joining in early 2009. |

Kevin Jeffes Award
In 2010 the Coach of the Year Award was named after Kevin Jeffes, a former patron of the association. This award is voted on by the active referees and in 2011 the membership decided that the recipient would be Ken McNaught. Ken is one of the first to go on and above what is required of him. He spends countless hours coaching and developing referees to be the best they can be. His willingness to help improve refereeing in Parramatta is valued greatly by the active referees. |
